My theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral, believing that whatever we place in our Minds determines our Behavior and we are the Gatekeepers of Our Minds. I work extensively with relaxation techniques and, at times, introduce hypnosis into my sessions, which I am trained in. In this stressful world we live in, I enjoy watching my clients gain confidence in their daily lives. I enjoy helping my clients feel empowered in the midst of their struggles and challenges.
